Duke football player Raphael Chestnut has been charged in the traffic death of another driver after a weekend accident in North Carolina. Chestnut was driving at 65 mph on U.S. 158 in Stokesdale when his vehicle collided with a car driven by Hubert Douglas Smith who died at the scene, the state Highway Patrol said.
